APPLICATION PROCESS

TOURIST/ VISITOR VISA

Tourist/Visitors visa are for those applicants who wish to visit for the purpose of tourism / who wish to visit family and friends

  1. Passport valid at least 6 months.
  2. A letter of invitation and copy of the host’s passport.
  3. Proof of sufficient funds.
  4. Flight itinerary.
  5. Two recent passport size photographs.

BUSINESS VISA

Business visa is for those applicants who wish to travel to Nigeria for the purpose of Business conference and meetings, attending conferences and any other Business related meetings.

  1. Passport valid at least 6 months.
  2. Letter of invitation and copy of the host’s passport.
  3. Certificate of Incorporation for your host company.
  4. Letter of confirmation of Employment from the employer in South Africa.
  5. 3 months bank statement.
  6. Proof of Accommodation.
  7. Flight itinerary.
  8. Two recent passport photographs.

TEMPORARY WORK PERMIT (TWP)

TWP visa are for those applicants who wish to travel to Nigeria for work for a temporary period.

  1. Passport valid at least 6 months.
  2. Letter of invitation and copy of the host’s passport.
  3. Certificate of Incorporation for your host company.
  4. Letter of confirmation of Employment from the employer in South Africa.
  5. Telegram from Nigerian Telecommunications.
  6. Flight itinerary.
  7. 3 months bank statement.
  8. Two recent passport photographs.

SUBJECT TO REGULARIZATION (STR)

STR visa are for those applicants who wish to travel to Nigeria for the purpose of employment.

  1. IMM/22 form typed not hand written.
  2. Letter of Visa request from Employer.
  3. Offer of employment or Contract of employment.
  4. Letter of acceptance of employment.
  5. Expatriate quota.
  6. True certified copy of original of Expatriate Quota.
  7. Certificate of incorporation of the Employer.
  8. Passport valid for 6 months and or Valid residence permit for non-South African citizens.
  9. 4 Coloured Passport photographs Normal Size.
  10. Curriculum Vitae.
  11. Certified copies of Academic and Professional qualifications.
  12. Flight Itinerary.
  13. 3 months bank statement.
  14. Monthly Quota Returns.
